The Kidigi Desktop dock comes in at a cheap price of £14.95 from http://www.mobilefun.co.uk, it is of high quality and strong build, the design is sleek without being too bulky and will fit nicely on any desk. The dock syncs data and charges the device whilst the dock is attached to the phone, it can also charge an external battery whilst the phone is charging, so this means if you have a second battery you can carry it round with you and have a back up battery just in case your mobile goes dead on you whilst your out and about. You’ll know when the dock is charging when the red light appears on the back of the dock and a nice blue led appears on the front.

Generally the dock is perfect and I would definitely recommend it for any Samsung Galaxy S2 User, I will be definitely using it in future app reviews as the phone is easily visible and you can easily change the angle of the phone. After using it for a while I have completely come to custom with it and I can’t see myself without it. It just makes life so much easyer when browsing the web and generally completing tasks on my Device.

Today PhoneArena did a dogfight between the <a href="http://mobilereviewsite.co.uk/tag/samsung-galaxy-s3/"rel="nofollow"title="Samsung Galaxy S3" >Samsung Galaxy S3 and the HTC One X. Read on to see how both phones fared.

Both the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3 are the top of the range handsets these manufacturers offer so it’s an equal battle. Both phones are the best Android has to offer, seeing as though Steve Jobs legacy lives on with the iPhone, it’s a jungle out there. By the end of the 14 or so minutes you will find out PhoneArena’s opinion.

At first we take a look at the designs of both phones, and believe me, there’s a lot to look at. Both companies take different approach to design.

As usual Samsung take the plastic route (a glossy plastic at that) though this doesn’t detract from the utter beauty of the design, I like it. A warning, the GS3 may not feel as premium as other devices, plastic being the scapegoat. The plastic housing is a design choice of function over form, choosing durability over aesthetics

The HTC One X in the other hand is a beauty. Keeping the usual HTC styling, the One X feels heavy and more premium than the GS3. The poly-carbonate is an utter joy to feel and hold, you can tell that HTC have spent time thinking things through. The phone feels expensive and there a heft to it.

You won’t have to worry about going through a two year contract with a cracked screen due to a drop from a rowdy night out at the bar i.e iPhone 4.

Although the Galaxy S3 doesn’t feel expensive it definitely feels more comfortable in the hand thanks to it’s curved edges and smooth lines. The HTC One X on the other hand feels heavy, expensive and holding it is not as comfortable.

Both have big screens, great viewing angles with lovely colours. Both screens are excellent. One X uses better technology but you can’t tell the difference, overall the HTC One X pips the Galaxy S3. Both have 8 megapixel market leading cameras that shoot in 1080p, we’ll wait until the Galaxy S3 is released official before we take an official view (although PhoneArena gives the award the Samsung).

Now that’s the design and feel of the actual hardware, lets get down to the software. Hit the play button on the YouTube video to find out more.

The legendary app “Iris” which some say is Siri for Android, is becoming ever more like Android’s version of Siri. It is even more responsive since my last review, and can answer a whole range more of questions. With my tests I found it could easily display the weather forecast for the next day, in my location. I also found that when searching for a video the results were even more accurate and there was a wider range of results I could chose from.

Although the intelligence and response of this app is perfect, the developers could still possibly integrate more features such as the ability to call users and the ability to text people, but in order to do this they most probably would have to narrow the app down to only a handful of devices. I have only stated a few improvements that the app has had since the last update, I leave the rest for you to find and explore. This app is Smart, Clean. Intelligent and useful. Perfect for any Android user.

The most hotly anticipated phone this year, the <a href="http://mobilereviewsite.co.uk/tag/samsung-galaxy-s3/"rel="nofollow"title="Samsung Galaxy S3" >Samsung Galaxy S3 launches in shops on 30th May (two weeks today) but you can pick yours up on the evening of 29th May. All you need to is pre-order you GS3 from the Samsung store in the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford.

From 6pm onwards (29th May) you could be the only person in the country with your very own S3. Remember, the phone isn’t available to buy from the Samsung store on 29th May, just available to collect if you pre-ordered it either in the store or online.

If you’re not in London, you can still get your hands on the GS3, Samsung have told other retailers that they can hand the phone out 7pm onwards on the 29th. So so exclusive in my eyes.

The S3 is on all the main phone networks from 30 May. The 16GB model is available across the board, but the 32Gb model with its roomier memory is only available on Vodafone for the first month.

The <a href="http://mobilereviewsite.co.uk/tag/samsung-galaxy-s3/"rel="nofollow"title="Samsung Galaxy S3" >Samsung Galaxy S3 hasn’t been released yet but the guys over at PhoneArena have been lucky enough to have a review unit, the lucky buggers. The review is based on a Samsung Galaxy S III unit with final hardware and final retail software. During PhoneArena’s testing they say they didn’t encounter any problems at all with its functionality.

Big news from the review which will please Android fanboys is that TouchWiz actually feels good, it doesn’t completely cover the great ICS UI, but there are a few changes to it to make the phone feel different.

Samsung have hit a goldmine with the Galaxy series and nailed it with the Galaxy S III so HTC better sell as many of those One Xs while it still can, because the master of the Android kingdom is back, and it seems to be angry.

On the review unit of the GS3 the software version was – Android 4.0.4, Baseband I9300XXLE6, Build IMM76D.I9300XXALE6

See the Galaxy S3 video review after the break.
